Learn to Electronically File Federal Court Documents

Electronic filing has been mandatory since May 1, 2004

Attorneys and law firm staff can learn how to use the court’s Electronic Case Filing system (ECF) using the links below. After reviewing the Policy and Procedures Manual and the User's Manual, take a guided tour of the system and then practice electronic filing in the training database.
