NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO LOCAL COURT RULES

Pursuant to Rule 83, Fed. R. Civ. P., the Court hereby gives notice and opportunity for comment on proposed changes to its local civil and criminal rules.

The Local Civil Rules Committee recommends amending several local civil rules to become effective on December 1, 2009. The proposed amendments can be seen at proposed amendments to local civil rules
