Public Access to Court Electronic Records

PACER allows you to view or download Court docket sheets from your home or office using the Internet. Court information is accessible 24-hours a day, seven days a week through PACER.

Electronic access is available for most courts by registering with the PACER Service Center, the judiciary’s centralized registration, billing, and technical support center. You may contact the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856 or via the Internet by accessing http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov.

Subscribing to PACER is free and documents cost only $.08 per page when accessed from the Internet. See the Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule for further information.

The PACER Service Center maintains a bulletin board that registered users can use free of charge. Information such as a list of participating courts, phone numbers, settings, copies of billing statements, etc. are available online.
