A photo ID is required to enter the courthouses.

Electronic Devices

No visitor to the Federal Courthouses is permitted to bring any electronic device into the Courthouses.  Electronic devices include, but are not limited to, cellular or smart phones, laptops, cameras, iPads and similar tablet devices, smart watches unless they have been placed in airplane mode prior to entering the courthouse, personal digital assistants, and device capable of taking photographs, recording audio/video, or transmitting information.  See In re:  Electronic Device Policy, Misc. Attorneys will be permitted to bring electronic devices into the Federal Courthouses if they have a current Electronic Access Card.  The Request Form for an Electronic Access Card can be found here [2] and must be submitted to the Court Clerk’s Office.  When vouched for by an attorney, persons who frequently assist in legal matters (such as runners, legal assistants, consultants, and expert witnesses needed for trial) may obtain an Electronic Access Card if necessary.
