New PACER password requirements

CM/ECF for the Western District of Oklahoma will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance starting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026, and is expected to be back online by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2026.

In light of cyberattacks that have been directed at the Judiciary’s IT systems, including its CM/ECF case management system, the Western District of Oklahoma is taking steps to protect sensitive information from potential attacks. To date, we have no reason to believe that the District’s CM/ECF system has been compromised or that any incursions into our system have occurred. General Order 25-7, available at the Western District of Oklahoma’s website and via this link, sets forth the Court’s updated policy with regard to sealed filings.
