ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Department of Homeland Security has determined that federal courthouses remain exempt from the provisions of the REAL ID Act in order to protect the constitutional right of defendants and other members of the public’s access to court proceedings. Access to the federal courthouse in the Western District of Oklahoma will not require presentation of a REAL ID; valid state-issued drivers licenses and identification cards will continue to be acceptable forms of identification for those seeking to access the federal courthouse after May 7, 2025.
